Last Fighter Standing premiered last night and Durban showed us how to throw the first punch.
Michael introduced us to Quinton van der Burgh, a self-made billionaire, philanthropist and the CEO of Last Fighter Standing. An impressive sparring session set the tone for a thrilling evening.
But it was the quick and intense heavyweight battle between kickboxing master, Herman Oberholzer and judo specialist, HHH Djikasa that really caught our attention. HHH clenched and closed Herman, winning the match.
We got up close and personal with one of the Women’s Featherweight contenders, Fathima Asmal as she spoke about her fears, how she got into mixed martial arts and her family.
During the Men’s Lightweight final, Muay Thai champion, Cee Khubone took on MMA master, Warren Richards. In what seemed like a tough match, Cee took Warren down and won.
