If there’s anything we’ve learned from watching Scandal!, it’s that we all have secrets and they have a funny way of coming out. Scandal! weekdays at 7:30PM.
Recently, we’ve seen the web of secrets and lies unravel in Scandal! From Lucas and Dintle’s well-kept affair, to Ndu and Phindi’s fling. They’ve all come out in funny ways.
Lucas and Dintle’s affair was discovered by Layla. Do you remember when Dintle sneezed in Lucas’ closet and Layla caught her hiding? Then she vowed not to tell Mangi and Grace. However, she warned Lucas about secrets having a way of coming out.
Boy, was she right? Romeo was the next person to discover the affair. He confronted Lucas and he denied it. Romeo then promised Lucas not to show Mangi the security footage. But, it’s a promise he couldn’t keep. Soon after finding out that Lucas schemed to get the 40% share of the Newtonian, Romeo showed Mangi the footage of Dintle spending a lot of time in Lucas’ hotel room. Boom!
Now Mangi knows, but he doesn’t know the whole story.
Okay! Then Ndu and Phindi were caught kissing by Lindiwe. A traumitised Lindiwe told her friend, Mary, about the incident. But the question is: will they keep it as a secret to everybody else?
Still remember how Yvonne and Kingsley’s secret came out to Boniswa? And how Boniswa found out about Naledi’s affair?
Mangi and Quinton are still keeping the real story of the car accident a secret. Will it ever come out?
The truth is, we all have secrets. Whether it’s our own or we’re keeping somebody else’s. And, Scandal! has just taught us that in the end, truth comes to light.
