After being threatened by Sabelo, Jeff takes his frustrations out on Mapula. Rhythm City, weekdays at 7PM.
When Sabelo found out that Mapula was no longer part of the Olympiad, he knew something was wrong. He went to Jeff’s classroom and threatened him with violence if he didn’t put Mapula back into the Olympiad.
Sabelo may not know exactly what Jeff’s intentions were with Mapula, but he knew right from the start that Jeff was trying to take advantage of her and he wouldn’t allow it.
When Mapula gets to class the following week, Jeff is not happy with her. He humiliates her for arriving five minutes late and gives her three hours in detention to think about her “choices”.

Mapula is visibly upset and stunned for being singled out when there were other pupils who were also late.
We know that Jeff is a pervert who preys on schoolgirls and it looks like Mapula knows this now too.
