A whole carcass cooking on #UBM5

This week, teams must butcher and prepare half a Springbok. Watch Ultimate Braai Master, Sundays at 4PM. 

From the peaks of the Drakensberg Mountains, the remaining seven teams make their way back to the Free State to the Letsatsi Game Lodge where for once, they don’t have to set up camp and check in to the tented campsite.

The next day it’s time for the captains of the Red Crew, Salty Flames, and the Yellow Crew, Pretty Griddy, to compete against each other in the reward challenge. For the challenge they must prepare a Mediterranean styled spitted lamb.

Who will ace the challenge and win the reward?

Later during the crew challenge, tensions run high as teams are tasked with butchering and preparing half a Springbok. They must then prepare a venison potjie, a venison pie and a rare cut prepared on the open fire. Everything must be done in three and a half hours.

Which team’s Ultimate Braai Master experience will come to an end? Only time will tell.
