When Yvonne first told Neo that she saw John Phillips, he didn’t believe her. In fact, he was convinced Yvonne is trying to trap him and he told her that she might be suffering from post-traumatic-stress.
But, after seeing the pictures from the Newtonian video footage, Neo called Yvonne to apologise for dismissing her. All thanks to Romeo who showed him the pictures.
Neo and Yvonne believe that John Phillips might have lost his memory. And Neo wants him dead before he regains it, but Yvonne doesn’t agree.
Dismissing Yvonne’s advice, Neo calls his hitman and orders him to murder “John”.
Poor, Bruce. It looks like he might die for his twin brother’s sins.
