Three well-known local actors star in the internationally acclaimed drama, Roots which premieres on Monday, 6 November at 8:30PM.
Nokuthula Ledwaba, Mbulelo Grootboom, and Nandi Nyembe will star alongside Forest Whitaker and Laurence Fishburne.

SAFTA nominee Ledwaba burst onto the scene as wild child Lu in Backstage, before playing diva-in-the-making Tshidi Khuse on Rhythm City and then starring as Dumile in Umlilo.

Grootboom recently starred as Ntlonipho 'Killer' Nxasana in the drama series Z'bondiwe and played Tony in the 2009 feature film White Wedding.
