The American television drama-series will start on Wednesday, 27 June at 10PM.
Starring Frank Grillo as Alvey, Kiele Sanchez as Lisa and Matt Lauria as Ryan, Kingdom is about a retired MMA fighter turned trainer, who juggles to keep his mixed martial arts gym open while trying to keep his family together.
The American singer, songwriter, and actor, Nick Jonas, also stars in the series as Frank’s younger son, Nate, who’s an up-and-coming fighter.
In the first episode, Nate is preparing for his first big fight, while Jay, Alvey’s older son, who’s seen as the screw up in the family, is a distraction for Jay.
Meanwhile, Lisa’s ex-boyfriend Ryan is released from prison. Although Ryan is still in love with her, he doesn’t want to cause trouble for Lisa as she’s now with Alvey, who’s also Ryan’s friend.
We sure can’t wait to watch the drama unfolding!
