e.tv will switch over to eNCA from 10AM on Tuesday, 10 December, for live coverage of the Madiba national memorial service at the FNB Stadium in Soweto.
Normal programming will resume at 4:30PM with The Young and the Restless. Scandaland Rhythm City will be broadcast in the usual timeslot and UEFA Champions League will start at 9:45PM.
13 African heads of state has confirmed their attendance, as well as 15 other world leaders, including US President Barack Obama.
The City of Johannesburg released details of bus and rail services available for those wanting to attend Tuesday's national memorial service for Nelson Mandela.
The event is set to start at 11AM on Tuesday (10 December) in the FNB Stadium in Soweto. The city has arranged free transport and overflow stadiums for the official memorial.
"No cars will be allowed near FNB Stadium and there will be road closures in place from Sunday evening 8th December," the city said in a statement.
