It looks like Ndu and Gontse have just joined the phone struggle which most couples experience. This started only because Gontse is looking for answers to her suspicions about Ndu and Phindi.
When Ndu walks in texting and smiling at his phone, Gontse gets curious. To make matters worse, Ndu pays more attention to his phone than to Gontse, constantly giggling like a teenage boy.
Gontse sees an opportunity when Ndu leaves the room. She hesitantly goes for his phone and checks who he’s texting with. But before she even puts the phone down, Ndu walks in again.
Obviously, he’s not happy. He shouts at her and even drops the present he bought for her.

Suffo is done with Puleng
Suffo tried to move on after Puleng’s infidelity, but now he thinks his marriage is beyond repair. Rhythm City, weekdays at 7PM.
Suffo was crushed when he found out about Puleng’s infidelity, but he wanted to do the right thing by moving back in with her and being there for the baby. But he couldn’t make it work.
He’s still very angry at Puleng for cheating on him with his brother so instead of working on their marriage, he keeps finding ways to punish her.
Puleng thinks its best that they don’t see each too often, so she decides to move her chesa nyama business out of Killowatt.

When Fats tells Suffo this, he thinks Puleng is making the right decision. He says their marriage is over but he will continue to support her and the baby financially.

Mduduzi Mabaso plays Collen Chauke in new film
Rhythm City’s very own Mduduzi Mabaso will be starring in a new film titled State Enemy Number 1.
The film which will be released in November this year tells the story of Collen Chauke, a former MK soldier and cash in transit robber who was at some point the most wanted criminal in South Africa.
He was suspected to have been behind 17 murders and robberies that resulted in more than R82 Million being stolen. He died in 2003 while serving a 20 year sentence in a maximum security prison in Pretoria.
Mduduzi plays Collen Chauke and gorgeous actress, Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa plays his wife. Other actors in the film include Meshack Mavuso (who also plays Lungile on Rhythm City) Thami Mnqolo and former Rhythm City actor Zenzo Ngqobo.
Poet, Ntsiki Mazwai makes her acting debut in the film playing a shebeen queen.
We cannot wait to see Mduduzi doing what he does best – keeping us glued to our screens!

Ultimate Braai Master returns for season 5
Ultimate Braai Master, South Africa’s favourite outdoor cooking show, returns for another sizzling season this Sunday, 5 February at 4PM.
Hosted by Justin Bonello, the show promises a jam-packed and delicious season with great prizes worth R2 million up for grabs.
This year’s judges are Executive Chef and CEO of Kitchen Cowboy, Peter Goffe-Woods, and Tsogo Sun Executive Chef, Benny Masekwameng.
Ten teams will be competing for the title of Ultimate Braai Master. Teams consist of two members, a Braai Buddy and the Braai Master, who must come up with braai dishes that will wow the judges and inspire viewers. Each week they will be given different cooking challenges and the weakest team faces elimination.
“e.tv is proud to be broadcasting yet another exciting season of Ultimate Braai Master. The award winning show will give our viewers an introspective look into our unique cooking culture while exploring the magnificent landscape of South Africa,” says Marlon Davids, MD of e.tv Channels Division.

Thato is kidnapped!
Mark wakes up to find his son, Thato, has been kidnapped. Heist, Tuesdays at 9:30PM.
Last week, Flash went to see 5Bob in prison with the motive to kill him. Just as Flash fired a shot – Irvin also showed up and shot him. Flash died on the scene.

Of course Irvin didn’t take the blame, instead he told the police that 5Bob was shot by a walk-in assassin. Tjo!
Meanwhile, 5Bob was rushed to hospital under strict police guard. But after he underwent surgery, he escaped from hospital.
Tonight, 5Bob calls Thembi, Mark’s baby mama, and says that he kidnapped their son, Thato. And the only way they will get him back safe and alive is if Mark gives him R10 million - his share of the heist money that Bra Talent hid away.
Will Mark find the money in time to save his son?

Pretty trashes Gontse
In a conversation with Phindi, Pretty says Gontse trapped Ndu by getting pregnant. Scandal!, weekdays at 7:30PM.
Once upon a time, Gontse and Ndu were nothing but sex buddies. They broke it off. So, Ndu met Pretty. Pretty quickly fell in love and Ndu wasn’t feeling it. Gontse came back pregnant and Ndu had a proper excuse to call it quits with Pretty.
So now, Pretty sauces the story up. She tells Phindi that Ndu was dating a friend of hers. Phindi wants to know if Ndu was two timing these woman. Pretty defends Ndu and shifts the blame to Gontse. She tells Phindi that Gontse snatched Ndu from her friend and trapped him with pregnancy.
Pretty insists Ndu isn’t in love with Gontse and that he only married her because of the love he has for his son.
With the contempt Pretty has for Gontse, we wonder what she’ll do if she ever found out Phindi slept with Ndu.

Sunay slaps Reneilwe!

It’s safe to say that Sunay will not be mentoring Reneilwe anymore. Ever since Sunay came back into town, she’s been spending a lot of time with Reneilwe. It was all part of Kwela’s idea to get Sunay to help Reneilwe build her brand.
Everyone was happy, until Sunay’s secrets started coming out. Sunay suspected that Reneilwe was out to destroy her and when she sees a statement about her drug use on Reneilwe’s website all hell breaks loose.
A furious Sunay barges into the music video shoot, confronts Reneilwe and then slaps her in the face!
We don’t think Reneilwe will ever mess with Sunay again, but was this really her fault or does Kwela have something to do with it?

#TheBlacklist: Chasing no. 85
Red and the FBI team chase a shadowy figure known as the Courier.The Blacklist, Wednesdays at 8:30PM.
Red learns that no. 85 on the blacklist, who’s known as the Courier, was hired to deliver an intelligence package worth $20 million to Iranian spy, Hamid Soroush.
When the FBI agents are told the package could be a genetically engineered virus to murder a victim, they converge on the farmers market where the exchange is being made.
Seeing the deal falling apart, the Courier kills Soroush and Liz and Meera are stunned to see him still trying to stagger away despite serious injuries.
Meanwhile, a surgeon extracts an SD card with video of Seth Nelson, a potentially valuable NSA analyst who’s been kidnapped and buried in a refrigerator with only enough oxygen to live for a few hours.
Liz tracks down the Courier’s brother in a federal prison while Red locates Laurence Dechambou, a former French spy who’s planning to sell Nelson to the highest bidder.
Red offers Dechambou a chance to get away in exchange for helping find Nelson.
Will they save Nelson in time?

Romeo advises Siseko to commit a crime
The criminal mastermind suggests that they forge documents to incriminate Damon Bradbury.Scandal!, weekdays at 7:30PM.
Romeo finds Siseko deep in thought in his office. He brings up the Bradbury shootout to pick his brain on the subject. Siseko confesses that he was shocked to hear the news.
Siseko wants to nail Damon, but he wants to do it legally. He talks about how he almost had a credible witness and lost him. He also mentions that Damon and Gary might have destroyed the documents. Siseko is definitely agitated by this.
Romeo suggests that they recreate the documents. Taken aback, Siseko queries if he means “forging the documents”. Well, Romeo means exactly that.
Siseko is not saying “yes” or “no.” Is Romeo’s idea music to his ears?

Beyoncé is pregnant with twins!
The world is freaking out after Beyoncé announced she and husband Jay Z are expecting twins.
With all the political anguish America (and the world) is experiencing after Donald Trump’s election as President, this is just the kind of news we all needed.
In a beautiful Instagram post, Beyoncé (35) announced that their family will be growing by two.
The post has over 7 million likes, surpassing the previous record for most likes on a single Instagram post.
And, it obviously started trending on Twitter immediately after the announcement.
Even other celebs are freaking out along with the rest of us.
