The irrepressible Leon Schuster has produced yet another crowd pleaser. This time Schucks finds himself pursued by the evil despot, Samoosa Woestyn, as he tries to emigrate to Australia. A hijacking at gunpoint, an engine stolen from his precious car and Alf being arrested for breaking into his own home is enough to make anyone "gatvol" (fed-up). Schucks has had it in chunks and he's decided that the moment he has completed shooting his new movie, he is off to Australia. While Schucks prepares to leave the country, Samoosa and his right hand man Ali Hague arrive in South Africa, the venue for the Global Peace Summit. Samoosa has devised a plan to assassinate the American president and get his revenge. But Samoosa's plans go horribly wrong when Schucks, unknowingly, catches him and Ali on camera plotting to kill the president. As Schucks and Alf dream of the wonderful new life that awaits them in Australia, Samoosa and Ali, just a few rows back in the plane, figure out ways of getting their hands on the tape. Mayhem ensues as Samoosa and Ali are foiled at every turn and the other passengers become increasingly caught up in the intrigue.
