Syringes and gun fights -last night’s Scandal! episode was nerve-wrecking! Here’s a recap.

After a long battle involving guns being fired, Graham finally gets arrested. And luckily for Sasha, Eddie arrives just in time before the killer could claim her as his next victim. Here’s what went down.
Graham’s hotel room
In Graham’s hotel room, Sasha is gagged and tied to a chair. He hasn’t killed her yet, there’s still hope for Sasha. He tells her he only gave her a knockout drug – he didn’t kill her immediately because she is special. He tells her he will only remove the gag if she promises she won’t scream, and in any case they’re miles away from the neighbours so no one will hear her.
The two have a conversation about why he killed all those women. “Because I loved them,” he says. He adored all of them, but when they rejected him he knew the fairytale was over and he had to act. “Men must act,” he says.
All the while Sasha is rubbing the bonds around her hands against a sharp protrusion at the back of the chair.
NFH newsroom
Back at the NFH newsroom, a worried Eddie tries to figure out what happened to Sasha. He asks Kila to check security footage to see when Sasha left, but Kila tells him there’s been no disturbance. Thembeka overhears the conversation and tells bra Eddie that she saw Graham driving off in Sasha’s car earlier. Eddie’s worst fears are confirmed, “He has her!”
He looks for the address of Groene Koppie Guest Lodges, where Graham stays, and sends the police to look for Sasha there. He also sends the police to Sasha’s flat – Graham could have taken her anywhere!
Scuffles and gun shots
Back at the guest house, Graham is angry that Sasha doesn’t believe he loved those women. She calls him a misogynist – a woman hater. He can’t handle strong women even though he is attracted to them. Graham goes berserk when he hears this.
Seeing that she may push him over the edge, Sasha backs down and starts telling him she loves him and they can still make it work and he must let her go. During the conversation she manages to wear away her bonds.
The two kiss and Sasha sees this as an opportunity to fight back. She pushes Graham away and reaches for the gun. After a long scuffle, she shoots him in the leg – disempowering him.
Meanwhile, police sirens can be heard in the distance meaning Eddie and the police are nearby. Graham dares Sasha to kill him. Pointing the gun at him, she considers this for a moment, but in the end decides to let him live. In walks Eddie with the police who then arrest Graham.
He is taken to a hospital and not a holding cell because of his gun wound.
