When Zinzi found out her dad proposed to Lerato she decided to fake her own kidnapping, hoping it would bring Doc and Bongi closer.
She hid at Sakhile’s house and he gladly helped her make fake ransom videos to send to her dad. Sure it was immature of her, but it was innocent.

But now things have taken a turn for the worse. Realising that Doc is willing to pay R1 million for Zinzi’s safe return, Sakhile is now really holding her hostage and plans to use the ransom money to get himself to America.
He became very violent with Zinzi and even tied her to chair.

Last night, she managed to trick him into loosening her by seducing him with sex. When he left to get her water she grabbed his phone and tried to call her dad, but he returned too quickly.
Sakhile realised what Zinzi was up to when the phone rang in her pocket.
